Website privacy policy

Effective 10 October 2026

This policy covers the kmsoft.eu website. The short version: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Each app has its own privacy policy.

Who is responsible

The data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is KMSoft Kamil Misiag, ul. Krośnieńska 24/10, 35-505 Rzeszów, Poland (NIP 8133783583). Full company details are in the legal notice. Contact: hello@kmsoft.eu.

What the website collects

The only personal data processed when you visit is the technical access log described below. The website uses:

Server logs

kmsoft.eu is a static website hosted by OVHcloud (OVH SAS, France). Like any web server, the hosting provider's servers automatically record technical access logs, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, to operate the service and protect it against abuse. OVHcloud processes these logs on our behalf as a data processor, within the European Union. They are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for operation and security, then deleted automatically; we look at them only to investigate errors or abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you email us

We receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use this only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and normally delete it within 24 months. Our email provider stores messages on our behalf. Writing to us is voluntary, but without your email address we can't reply.

Our apps

This policy does not cover our apps. Each app's privacy policy explains what that app stores and where, and is linked from its App Store page. See, for example, the Proxv Privacy Policy and the Buywall Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email hello@kmsoft.eu.

Right to object. Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests (server logs and replying to email), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (GDPR Art. 21). We will then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. You can also contact the authority in your own country.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
